Mr. Tricarico is an honors graduate of the University of Florida's Levin College of Law, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. Mr. Tricarico has practiced exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law for the last eleven years, representing local, national and international clients from a wide range of industries including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, insurance and healthcare. Mr. Tricarico's practice encompasses both counseling and litigation, and he has handled matters ranging from employee stock option litigation to sexual harassment and discrimination.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Tricarico practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the "Big Four" public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. There, Mr. Tricarico worked in the audit department and eventually developed a specialty working on Initial Public Offerings. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, Mr. Tricarico's clients operated in the banking, publishing and retail industries.
