Ellen Toth(Of Counsel)Cleveland Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Ms. Toth has practiced employment and labor law since 1991. She first practiced with a full-service national firm where she served as lead counsel in defending employment litigation in state and federal court. In addition, she counseled and provided training to numerous employers on various employment issues, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act. Most recently, Ms. Toth was labor and employment counsel for YRC Worldwide, Inc., the parent company for the Roadway Express, Yellow Transportation and USF transportation companies. At YRC she was responsible for selecting and supervising outside counsel, managing internal investigations and handling administrative proceedings before the EEOC, NLRB, and DOL. She provided legal advice and counseling, including developing and reviewing human resources policies and procedures. She has been an active member of the Federal Bar Association and is currently Vice President of the Northern District of Ohio Chapter. She is a life delegate to the Judicial Conference of the Eighth Judicial District of Ohio and previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Food Bank.
