Eric A. Todd(Shareholder)St. Louis Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Mr. Todd has focused his practice exclusively on employment and labor law matters since 1995, counseling, advising and representing a wide range of publicly and privately held businesses, municipalities, non-profit agencies, and other employers on a variety of issues, including hiring employees, policies and procedures, discipline and discharge, union issues, and employment discrimination. Mr. Todd has tried several jury and non-jury employment cases in federal and state courts, and he has represented employers in numerous arbitration hearings affecting both individual employees and large employee groups. Mr. Todd also has been involved with briefing and arguing several appeals before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Missouri Court of Appeals. Mr. Todd also obtained favorable results for numerous employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, numerous other state and local Fair Employment Practice agencies, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Todd is an active volunteer, having served as a Board Member on behalf of a number of community organizations, including presently Kids in The Middle, Inc., and previously for Gateway Homeless Services and Downtown Children's Center, Inc. He also serves on the Indiana University School of Law Alumni Board, and as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University School of Law.
