He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A from Furman University in 2000 and graduated magna cum laude with a J.D from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2003. Mr. Su"rez's practice focuses primarily on assisting employers with a broad range of employment law issues. This commonly includes investigating and defending EEOC charges filed against companies; investigating and defending Title VII, ADEA, ADA, and breach of contract lawsuits; and conducting I-9 training and internal audits. Mr. Suarez has experience in handling immigration matters for corporations and individuals. He helps large and small corporations acquire employment-based visas for key employees so they will be authorized for employment in the United States. His experience includes obtaining temporary, nonimmigrant "work visas" in various categories, including the H, TN, and L categories. Mr. Su"rez is also familiar with family-sponsored immigration, I-9 issues, and naturalization law.
