Ms. Snyder represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law and focuses her practice on the litigation of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, employment-related torts, and civil rights claims under state and federal law.  Ms. Snyder also advises clients on a regular basis before litigation ensues in handling employment disputes and managing day-to-day employee issues.  She provides counsel regarding various issues, including the accommodation of disabilities, preparation and implementation of employment policies, employment agreements, and charges of discrimination.  Ms. Snyder also has experience providing training to clients on various employment law topics including sexual harassment and discrimination.  

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Snyder practiced law with a full-service firm in Dallas, where she represented companies and governmental entities in connection with a wide variety of litigation matters.
