Sidlosca is Of Counsel with the Tampa and Miami Office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., one of the nation's largest labor and employment law firms. He represents corporate entities in all aspects of immigration and nationality law. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Sidlosca had been a founding shareholder of Sidlosca & Associates, P.A. After entering private practice, Mr. Sidlosca represented corporate clients in a wide array of immigration matters including non-immigrant and immigrant employment based visa applications. He has, since 1985 concentrated his practice on immigration and nationality law, first with Walters, Costanzo, Russell, Zyne and Newman, P.A., then with Sidlosca & Associates, P.A., and now with Ogletree Deakins. Mr. Sidlosca is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell in the field of immigration and nationality law. He has also been selected as a "Leading Florida Attorney," as well as "Who's Who Among Attorneys in the United States." Mr. Sidlosca graduated with honors from Barry University. He then attended the University Of Miami School Of Law. Mr. Sidlosca was an adjunct instructor at Nova University School of Law. He is currently an adjunct instructor of law at Florida International University, and is a frequent speaker at seminars and roundtables regarding immigration law. Mr. Sidlosca is a member of the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
