Nonnie L. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shivers served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia K. Norris on the Arizona Court of Appeals. A 2004 graduate of the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, Ms. Shivers has published several scholarly articles focused on employment law, including a recent book chapter on reasonable workplace accommodations for employees with disabilities.
