As a trial lawyer he defends employers in class actions, multi-plaintiff and individual employee lawsuits and administrative proceedings involving sexual and racial harassment, discrimination, the ADEA, FLSA, ADA, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes. Mr. Shelton also represents employers in multiple aspects of labor and management relations.
