She has defended employers in state and federal courts in wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, and wage and hour litigation. She has represented clients in arbitration, mediation, and administrative agency proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Department of Labor, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and National Labor Relations Board. In addition to defending employers in litigation, Ms. Schreck advises and counsels human resource professionals, corporate executives, and in-house counsel in all areas of labor and employment law, including litigation avoidance strategies, employee discipline and discharge issues, EEO compliance, workplace investigations, and personnel policies and practices.
