Mr. Rutchow is a Shareholder in its Nashville office. He represents clients in a wide array of labor and employment law areas. He counsels clients on proactive employment practices in such areas as the ADA, FMLA, WARN, and positive employment policies. His litigation experience includes employment litigation, litigation of restrictive covenants, product defect litigation, commercial contract litigation and environmental matters. Mr. Rutchow has also devoted substantial time to the representation of employers in union representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB. He is a frequent author and speaker on employment-related topics.
