A significant portion of his practice involves helping clients comply with environmental laws and regulations, including hazardous waste regulations, air regulations, water regulations, and numerous recordkeeping and reporting requirements. He also represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies in enforcement actions, assists clients in obtaining necessary environmental permits, and conducts environmental audits. The largest portion of Mr. Rhodes' practice involves representing clients in environmental litigation. He has handled cases dealing with property contamination, personal injury involving exposure to toxic chemicals, liability for disposal of hazardous materials, and air emissions. Mr. Rhodes handles employment litigation arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, the ADEA, and various state law claims. He has also handled product liability claims involving allegedly defective industrial machinery, consumer products, and chemicals.
