Thomas J. Rattay represents management in all areas of employment law.  He has conducted bench and jury trials in federal and state courts, mediations, arbitrations and appeals in a wide variety of employment matters, including whistleblower claims, sexual harassment, race, age, national origin, religious and sexual discrimination, and employment contract issues.  He has also handled litigation involving claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act as well as cases concerning restrictive covenants, theft of trade secrets and unfair competition.  In addition, Mr. Rattay counsels clients regarding employee discipline and termination and he drafts and reviews severance agreements and employee handbooks.

Mr. Rattay is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Morris County Bar Association.  He also is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association.
