Ms. Presley focuses her practice in the areas of employment law and general civil litigation.   She is a 2000 graduate of Mount Union College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and legal studies.  She was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in 2003 where she competed nationally in the Trial Moot Court program.  While in law school, Ms. Presley was a member of the Louis L. Manderino Honor Society, received the Lynette Norton Memorial Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and was the recipient of the CALI award in advocacy.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Presley was an attorney within the litigation and employment groups at a large Pittsburgh defense firm.  She defended national companies against claims in multiple state and federal jurisdictions.  She also successfully defended an international corporation in the Supreme Court of West Virginia in a products liability lawsuit.

Ms. Presley is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.  She is a frequent lecturer on various legal issues, including insurance litigation, premise liability and employment policies.  Ms. Presley teaches Criminal Law and Investigative Procedure at Duquesne University School of Leadership and Professional Advancement and is the Chair of the Allegheny County Bar Association's "Law School Mentoring Program."  Ms. Presley actively volunteers with Neighborhood Legal Services handling Protection from Abuse hearings, the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the Lymphoma Research Foundation.
