Ms. Parson represents employers in both federal and state courts, concentrating her practice in labor and employment litigation, including all types of civil rights and employment-related claims. 

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in 2006, Ms. Parson practiced at two other large law firms, where she represented companies in connection with a wide variety of litigation matters, including employment discrimination, product liability, toxic tort, personal injury, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation disputes.  She is co-author of Indiana Rule of Evidence 702: Yes, Indiana Has Found Daubert Reliable, but not Conclusive, II INDIANA CIVIL LITIGATION REVIEW (Fall 2005).  

Originally from Schererville, Indiana, Ms. Parson received her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University, with honors. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, cum laude, where she participated in the Frederick Green Moot Court and National Hispanic Bar Association Moot Court.
