Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in 2006, Ms. Parson practiced at two other large law firms, where she represented companies in connection with a wide variety of litigation matters, including employment discrimination, product liability, toxic tort, personal injury, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation disputes. She is co-author of Indiana Rule of Evidence 702: Yes, Indiana Has Found Daubert Reliable, but not Conclusive, II INDIANA CIVIL LITIGATION REVIEW (Fall 2005). Originally from Schererville, Indiana, Ms. Parson received her undergraduate degree from Valparaiso University, with honors.
