Ms. Palladeno counsels employers concerning labor issues, the ADA, Title VII, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA and the WARN Act as well as employment-related torts such as false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, assault and battery, civil theft, retaliation and fraud.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Palladeno clerked for the Honorable Florence Foster and the Honorable Rex Barbas of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Ms. Palladeno's defense of employers includes:


  • Representing employers before the NLRB in unfair labor practice proceedings and successfully arguing on behalf of employers in convincing NLRB to not issue complaints.

  • Obtaining summary judgments in favor of employers in several race, national origin, gender, sex and age discrimination claims in state and federal courts.


  • Drafting drug-free workplace policies for a national restaurant chain applicable to all 50 states.

  • Obtaining many "no cause" determinations in favor of employers regarding employment discrimination charges filed with the EEOC and Florida Commission on Human Relations.

  • Successfully handling a race discrimination lawsuit filed by guests of a national hotel chain.

  • Preparing settlement agreements, employee handbooks, and federal appellate brief arguments.

  • Counseling employers and litigation on ADA public accommodation (Title III) issues.
