Stanley Dan Pace(Shareholder)Cleveland Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Mr. Pace has spent over thirty years representing employers in employee relation matters including labor negotiation, arbitration, NLRB representation elections and statutory compliance with respect to equal employment, wage and hour, and the National Labor Relations Act. A significant portion of Mr. Pace's practice involves structuring corporate policies to maximize efficiency and productivity of employees including LEAN, gain sharing, profit sharing, and various employee involvement programs. Mr. Pace has extensive experience in employment issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. During the last twenty years, Mr. Pace has negotiated approximately fifteen labor contracts per year with all major labor unions. Mr. Pace has extensive labor negotiating experience for manufacturers including automotive, aerospace and steel companies.
