Bob recently joined the firm's Kansas City office as an associate.  He exclusively defends employers and management in employment-related disputes in various forums, focusing primarily on discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful discharge cases.

Bob's employment-litigation experience includes, second-chairing a jury trial in state court"obtaining a defense verdict; taking multiple depositions"including several plaintiffs; defending depositions; writing successful summary-judgment motions; and defending a Kansas City Human Relations Department onsite investigation.

Bob is also active in the professional community.  He was recently one of ten Missouri lawyers selected for The Missouri Bar Leadership Academy, which trains a select group of young attorneys for future leadership in The Missouri Bar.  Bob is also currently involved in preparing the new edition of The Missouri Bar's employment-discrimination desk-book.
