Tibor Nagy, Jr.(Shareholder)Phoenix Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Tibor Nagy represents employers in all facets of labor and employment relations law, including discrimination and wrongful discharge cases, wage and hour law, employment contracts and manuals, and labor-management relations. He also provides litigation avoidance advice on a broad spectrum of federal and state employment laws and regulations. Mr. Nagy has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America since 1996 and is included in the 2006 edition of The Chambers USA Guide. After graduation from law school, Mr. Nagy served as a law clerk to the Honorable William E. Eubank, Arizona Court of Appeals. Following his clerkship, Mr. Nagy joined the regional general practice firm of Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P. as an associate in its labor & employment section, and was a partner with that firm from 1991 to 2006. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Nagy has provided employers with practical advice and solutions to human resources problems, with an emphasis on how to avoid employment-related disputes before they start. In this regard, Mr. Nagy also has drafted hundreds of employment contracts, employment handbooks, and employer policies for a wide variety of industries and jobs.
