W. Gregory Mott(Associate)Washington Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Mr. Mott's practice is concentrated in administrative law, labor law and civil litigation. He has extensive experience litigating health and pension benefit issues throughout the federal courts, including successfully defending companies and prosecuting actions on their behalf against the government and private parties in connection with efforts to impose statutory or contractual liability based on current and decades-old employment relationships. SSA v. Sigmon Coal Co., 534 U.S. 438 (2002). Mr. Mott is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center and received his undergraduate training at the Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service. He is a member of the District of Columbia, Fourth Circuit, Sixth Circuit, Tenth Circuit and Supreme Court bars.
