Lawyer Profile
Ms. Morgan practices in the area of employment law and litigation.  She represents management in the full range of issues related to the employment relationship and has extensive experience litigating, arbitrating, and mediating cases involving sex, race, age and disability discrimination, and wrongful discharge.  Ms. Morgan counsels employers on issues of worker's compensation, wage and hour, employee policies and manuals and in managing crises that arise in the employment context.  Ms. Morgan frequently appears before administrative tribunals, where she defends clients in wrongful discharge and unemployment proceedings.  Ms. Morgan also has experience representing employers in arbitration of matters arising out of union grievances.

Ms. Morgan is admitted to practice before the federal and territorial courts in the U. S. Virgin Islands, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
