Lawyer Profile
Mr. Morell represents businesses in employment litigation matters before courts and administrative agencies as well as commercial disputes. He also advises clients on a wide variety of labor and employment issues, including the labor and employment law implications of business restructuring, responding to complaints of discrimination and harassment, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks, and general compliance with workplace laws and regulations.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Morell worked for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management ("OPM"). He represented OPM before the Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Morell is a 1995 graduate of the University at Albany (B.A.) and a 1998 graduate of Cornell Law School (J.D.), where he received the Arthur S. Chatman Labor Law Prize.
