Ms. Monts is a Shareholder of Ogletree Deakins, resident in the firm's Greenville, South Carolina office. She is involved primarily in the firm's litigation and environmental regulatory practices. Ms. Monts has experience in various areas of employment, wage and hour, construction and surety, and commercial litigation. She also has extensive experience in toxic tort litigation arising from contaminated properties, and in defending industry in various enforcement actions brought by government agencies. She counsels clients in hazardous waste regulatory compliance and conducts facility environmental auditing. Ms. Monts is a member of various regional and state environmental associations. She is a past-president and former Director of the Carolinas Air Pollution Control Association (CAPCA). Ms. Monts is also a certified mediator.
