Mixon(Shareholder)Birmingham Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Following his graduation from Emory University School of Law, Mr. Mixon began his professional career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Hugh Maddox, Associate Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. He later served as senior staff attorney to Justice Maddox and, subsequently, to the Honorable Harold See, also an Associate Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Mixon served as campaign manager for the Committee to Re-Elect Justice Harold See, Inc. Mr. Mixon's practice focuses on general commercial and employment litigation. Mr. Mixon also serves as an Administrative Law Judge for the Alabama State Health Planning and Development Agency.
