Mr. McKibbon has since 1973 represented management in matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act. He has extensive experience in all aspects of union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice litigation, contract negotiations, and labor arbitration. He is a strong advocate of positive employee relations and routinely advises employers on effective preventive strategies to maintain a union-free work environment. Mr. McKibbon is listed in the 2003-2004 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

Mr. McKibbon also has many years' experience advising employers on wage and hour issues arising out of the Fair Labor Standards Act. He conducts wage and hour compliance audits, provides preventive counseling, and represents numerous clients in wage and hour investigations and litigation.

Mr. McKibbon handles the following matters:
