The earlier 13 years were spent in litigation of general civil defense causes; primarily on behalf of railroad, electric power and cable television utilities. Mr. McKee's primary activity has been in litigation of labor and employment defense causes with the major amount of this having occurred in the courts of the United States. A significant component of this litigation experience was on behalf of Mississippi's largest employer; a state owned medical teaching facility and its various schools and facilities.
