Mr. McGuire has worked with large, medium, and small employers throughout the United States since 1987 to prevent and, when necessary, defend employment-related legal claims. He advises clients on a broad range of matters, including preparing and implementing policies, restructuring multifacility workforces, handling individual and group disciplinary situations, and a host of other issues. Mr. McGuire is an experienced litigator and trial attorney and represents employers in jury and nonjury trials throughout the United States. He also represents employers before the NLRB and other administrative bodies and handles labor arbitrations. He is a frequent speaker and writer on employment-related legal topics.
