John E. McFall(Shareholder)Dallas Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Mr. McFall is certified as a labor law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has represented management exclusively in the area of labor and employment law for over 35 years throughout the United States and the Caribbean. His extensive experience includes the handling of representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and all aspects of compliance with employment laws, discrimination laws, handicap/disability laws, and wage-hour laws.
