Kerry S. Martin(Associate)Phoenix Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Mr. Martin represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including labor arbitration, contract administration and labor and employment-related litigation in state and federal courts. In addition, he represents clients in administrative proceedings before local, state, and federal agencies. Mr. Martin also assists clients in developing personnel policies, handbooks, individual employment contracts and severance agreements, all of which are targeted at avoiding employment related disputes and litigation. Mr. Martin also has experience defending lawsuits involving allegations of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. He also defends wage related lawsuits, including collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
