Mariani has extensive experience representing management in employment discrimination and wrongful discharge matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies. He also counsels clients on all employment-related legal issues, conducts internal corporate investigations, designs effective personnel policies, and conducts on-site training programs for management and non-management personnel on legal issues affecting the workplace. Mr. Mariani has lectured extensively in connection with state and national employment law conferences and has authored numerous articles on a wide range of employment-related issues. He is also a contributing author to New Jersey Labor and Employment Law, a comprehensive treatise on New Jersey law published by the New Jersey ICLE. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and serves on the Section's Executive Committee.
