As a labor attorney, Mr. Mallard has represented management in all areas of labor and employment law throughout North America. A summary of his career follows: Assistant Attorney General for State of Georgia (1969-1971), at which time one of his duties was to advise the Governor and numerous state agencies on labor law. One of the founders of Clark, Paul, Hoover & Mallard, formerly a nationally recognized labor management law firm. Founder of the nationally recognized labor management law firm, The Mallard Firm, which merged into Ogletree Deakins. Successfully negotiated several hundred collective bargaining agreements with many different unions, as well as negotiated the total or partial closure of numerous plants, for companies in different industries located throughout the United States and Canada.
