Lawyer Profile
Mr. Lee defends employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and other employment-related matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He appears regularly as a specially admitted attorney in jurisdictions around the country. Mr. Lee also represents both private and public employers in labor arbitrations, union elections, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission.

Given the constant evolution of employment laws and related judicial decisions both in New Jersey and nationwide, Mr. Lee also counsels employers regarding strategies to avoid liability and to employ sound management practices.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins in January 2004, Mr. Lee was a shareholder with the New Jersey labor and employment law firm of Stanton, Hughes, Diana, Mariani & Margello, P.C., which merged its practice with Ogletree Deakins in January 2004.  Throughout his legal career he has focused his practice on employment litigation, traditional labor matters and counseling on behalf of employers.

Mr. Lee lectures on a variety of employment law topics, including discrimination, employee handbook, wage and hour, and sexual harassment issues. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section, and the American Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section.

Before beginning his legal career, Mr. Lee worked as a news anchor and reporter for several radio stations in the Northeast.
