Dawn Knepper practices in a variety of areas of Labor and Employment Law including labor relations, employment discrimination, wage and hour, workers? compensation and wrongful discharge law.  Ms. Knepper has represented employers in numerous employment discrimination litigation matters including sexual and racial discrimination and harassment, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and FMLA claims in Texas and multiple federal jurisdictions. She has also represented clients during investigations by administrative agencies including the EEOC and the Department of Labor.

Ms. Knepper also has extensive commercial litigation and appellate experience.  Ms. Knepper served as a Staff Attorney with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 2000 to 2001.
