Jan J. Kinzie(Associate)Indianapolis Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Mr. Kinzie began his legal career representing municipal entities in civil rights litigation and serving as a special prosecutor. In 1988, he entered private practice, becoming a founding partner in a labor and employment law firm. He joined Ogletree Deakins in 2002. Mr. Kinzie represents employers against all types of employment-related claims. He represents clients in state and federal courts, and before such agencies as the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Indiana Civil Rights Commission and municipal human resource commissions. He also has represented clients before the Bureau of Apprenticeship & Training, Department of Work Force Development and both state and federal wage and hour divisions. Mr. Kinzie also practices general corporate law. He represents clients in such matters as business formations, contracts, share purchase agreements and transactions. Mr. Kinzie is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the U.S. Districts Courts in Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
