Ronald C. Henson(Partner)Ford & Harrison, LLP Lawyer Profile Ron Henson grew up in North Carolina, earning his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then received his law degree (with distinction) from Emory University in Atlanta. Since 1973, Ron has worked on a broad range of traditional labor and employment law activities. They include representing clients in election and unfair labor practice proceedings under the National Labor Relations Act, wage/hour matters, employment discrimination claims, union contract negotiations, and grievance arbitrations. For the past several years, Ron has focused his representation on clients subject to the Railway Labor Act, primarily airlines. He has negotiated dozens of collective bargaining agreements covering pilots, flight attendants, mechanics, and other airline employees. Although he spent most of his career in the firm's Atlanta office, Ron moved to Washington, D.C. in 1993, when the firm opened an office there.
