Pamela M. Keith(Of Counsel)Indianapolis Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Ms. Keith received her J.D. from the Boston College Law School in 1995. While attending Boston College Law School, Ms. Keith was winner of the Grimes Moot Court Competition; winner of Best Oralist Award (Second Year) and Top-Ten Brief Award. Ms. Keith was the Solicitations Editor and Writer for Boston College Third World Law Journal; recipient of the Black Judges? Conference Book Award; finalist in ABA Negotiations Competition; active in the Youth Outreach Mentor program; and, was a participant in Boston College's London Program for Comparative and European Law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Keith served as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy. She then became an Associate at Morgan Lewis in Washington, D.C., and subsequently joined the Washington, D.C., office of Jones Day. She has worked extensively on multi-state employment discrimination class actions, labor negotiations, labor litigation, ADA and ADEA litigation and OSHA and OFCCP audits. Ms. Keith concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of employment and labor law, including all types of civil rights and employment-related claims.
