Mr. Kaiser concentrates his practice on state and federal court litigation, class action defense, commercial litigation and employment law. Mr. Kaiser advises and defends clients in the retail financial services and consumer class action litigation.  He has represented clients in lawsuits and administrative proceedings involving employment contracts, non-competition/trade secret disputes, commercial disputes, class action litigation, EEO claims, ERISA claims, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes.  He has successfully tried more than a dozen cases to verdict and judgment.  He has arbitrated cases before the AAA and FINRA, and received temporary restraining orders and injunctions before numerous courts.  He has mediated more than 200 cases before the EEOC, AAA, FINRA, magistrate judges and private mediators.

Mr. Kaiser attended Indiana University Law School where he served on the Indiana Law Review.  After law school, Mr. Kaiser served as a law clerk to the Honorable William I. Garrard of the Indiana Court of Appeals.  Mr. Kaiser has authored more than 200 appellate and amicus briefs advocating the interests of employers, attorneys, physicians and other professionals.

Mr. Kaiser is a frequent author and speaker on such topics as ?Investigating EPLI ? Covered Claims,? class action litigation, ?Audits-The Key to Avoiding Class Action Lawsuits? and liability risks regarding contingent workers.

Mr. Kaiser was selected as a 2006 Indiana Super Lawyer by Indianapolis Monthly, and is listed in Chambers USA Leading Business Lawyers.
