Bethany Brantley Johnson(Shareholder)Ridgeland (Jackson) Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Bethany Brantley Johnson, AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell, has actively represented management in employment litigation, general advice and traditional labor relations matters throughout Louisiana and Mississippi for more than a decade. NPC Pizza Hut, 447 F.Supp.2d 1260 (N.D. Ala. 2006) (Title VII); and E.E.O.C. v. Agro Distribution, LLC, 2007 WL 1031649 (S.D. Miss. 2007) (ADA). Ms. Johnson also conducts training for clients on various employment and human resources issues, and frequently lectures on employment topics, including recent presentations and publications on ?Payroll Management,? ?What You Need to Know about the Fair Labor Standards Act,? and ?Employment Law from A ? Z.? Ms. Johnson co-authored "An Overview of Employment Class Actions" in The Practical Litigator (July 2003).
