Larry Jensen represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation in federal, state and appellate courts in matters concerning sex, race, religion, disability, pregnancy and age discrimination, FMLA, ERISA, breach of contract and employment at-will issues, sales commissions disputes, retaliation claims, wrongful discharge, and non-compete agreements.  He counsels and advises employers on employment-related issues and personnel practices including unfair labor practice charges, harassment claims, ADA compliance, workplace training, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, employee discipline, drug testing, record keeping, credit reports, employee handbook provisions, and general employment policy development and administration.  He also drafts and reviews employment contracts, separation agreements, settlement agreements and releases, employee handbooks, personnel policies, and non-competition agreements.  Mr. Jensen manages all forms of employment related charges and complaints brought before the MDCR, EEOC, and the MDLEG.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, PLLC, Mr. Jensen worked in the Labor and Employment Group of a large Detroit law firm.
