Serving as counsel to employers, Mr. Humphrey provides risk analysis, strategic planning and human resource management support. Mr. Humphrey has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience, litigating employment and labor matters for employers during union campaigns, representational actions, and unfair labor practice proceedings.
