Alec regularly handles matters under Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act. His experience extends to the defense of allegations of employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. He has an interest in the use of statistics and data to defend against claims of discrimination. Alec also has significant repeat experience with injunctive relief matters involving restrictive covenants and trade secret issues. Alec has been involved in several dozen matters resulting in preliminary and permanent injunctive relief in favor of employers.
