He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials in state and federal courts across the nation. His litigation experience includes defense of state and federal discrimination and harassment lawsuits, FMLA and FLSA claims, ERISA and benefit claims, and trade secret and unfair competition matters. He also handles NLRB elections and unfair labor practice proceedings.
