Ms. Hatfield graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in May 2002. While at the University of Alabama, she was a senior editor of the Alabama Law Review, selected for membership in the Order of the Barristers, and was an oralist for the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court team. Ms. Hatfield began her professional career at the law firm of Lange, Simpson, Robinson & Somerville.

Ms. Hatfield's practice focuses on general labor and employment litigation.

She recently joined Ogletree Deakins in August 2003.
