Stephen Hart's practice focuses on the representation of management in all aspects of employment and labor law, ranging from client counseling regarding employment practices to defense of employment-related claims before federal and state administrative agencies and in federal and state courts.

Mr. Hart has extensive experience handling employment-related lawsuits at the trial court and appellate level, including preparing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, representing clients at mediation, preparing and arguing pretrial motions, including summary judgment motions defending clients at jury and non-jury trials, and preparing appellate briefs.

Mr. Hart speaks at employment-related seminars and has published articles concerning labor and employment law issues. Mr. Hart is a former Law Clerk for Honorable Kenneth M. Hoyt, United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas.
