He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Peter has practiced labor and employment law in Denver and Atlanta. His practice includes employment litigation – discrimination, breach of contract, drug testing, wrongful discharge, defamation, other employment torts – as well as wage/hour law, workplace safety and health law, arbitrations with unions, and immigration law with respect to business visas.
