Ms. Griggs handles the following matters:

  • Assists in litigation and mediation of employment law cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

  • Counsels clients in a full range of employment-related issues including Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, retaliation, and various state laws and regulations.

  • Advises employers on a variety of human resource issues concerning hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees.

  • Assists in preparing affirmative action plans and in complying with affirmative action regulations.

  • Reviews and updates employment contracts, policy and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks.
