Thomas G. Greaves, III(Shareholder)Greenville Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Mr. Greaves has since 1972 handled labor and employment law issues in a wide variety of industries. He was a trial attorney with the National Labor Relations Board in Los Angeles, California, from 1970 to 1972. Mr. Greaves is listed in the 2005-2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Since coming with the firm, Mr. Greaves has handled numerous and varied labor matters, advising clients regarding decertifications, arbitrations, and NLRB representation elections and other National Labor Relations Act issues. He has advised clients regarding contract negotiations and injunctive matters involving strikes in various parts of the country. He has tried numerous cases before the NLRB and has handled a number of appellate cases involving those same issues. In the preventive area, Mr. Greaves has conducted supervisor training on a number of topics, including NLRA compliance, sexual harassment, and avoidance of various aspects of discrimination. Mr. Greaves has handled cases in a large number of different industries, but he has particular experience in healthcare, retail, distribution, steel, mining and heavy manufacturing.
