Admitted to practice in South Carolina and the District of Columbia, his jury trial experience is extensive and that experience has included trials in many substantive areas of the law, including labor and employment, products liability, patent and trade secret litigation, toxic torts, commercial litigation and environmental related cases. He has represented a diverse list of clients and has acted as lead counsel in many of the major cases tried in the southeastern United States in recent years. Mr. Geddie is listed among the Best Lawyers in America according to that publication. He is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and is certified as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the South Carolina Supreme Court.
