Garger(Of Counsel)Phoenix Employment Lawyer Lawyer Profile Ms. Garger represents and counsels employers with employment issues, including employee discipline and termination, wrongful discharge cases, discrimination complaints, religious and disability accommodation issues, sex harassment investigations, revising employee manuals and related employment policies. Since 1988, Ms. Garger has represented and assisted employers on a national basis with Affirmative Action issues and related compliance reviews, negotiations, and administrative enforcement actions before the OFCCP. Ms. Garger provides training programs and has been a guest lecturer on such topics as anti-harassment policies, mediation strategies, ADEA, ADA and related accommodations issues, Affirmative Action/OFCCP developments and other current employment law topics. . Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Garger practiced with international law firms in Phoenix and Chicago. She is a member of the Arizona Affirmative Action Association, American Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
