Lawyer Profile
Since beginning his practice of law in 1985, Mr. Frazier has represented management in the area of labor and employment law with an emphasis on preventive activity and employment litigation. Mr. Frazier has acted as lead counsel in numerous jury trials in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Frazier also is active in civic and professional activities. Mr. Frazier served in the past as President of the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division and as a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Board of Governors; Mr. Frazier also serves as the management co-chair for the budget committee of the ABA's Labor and Employment Section. On the civic front, Mr. Frazier recently completed a term as Vice Chair of Existing Business/Workforce Development for the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. In that capacity Mr. Frazier served on the Chamber's Board of Governors and Executive Committee. He also is a member and former Chair of the Chamber's Employers Council. Mr. Frazier serves in a volunteer capacity as labor counsel for several nonprofit entities within Tennessee. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for the Nashville Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. Frazier was included in the most recent edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
