Lash Harrison earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Emory University. He has more than 30 years of experience representing management in all aspects of employment and labor law. During those 30 years he has represented employers in almost every state and in a variety of industries. He is regularly listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Lash has served in leadership roles in a number of professional and civic organizations.

Since the firm’s inception in 1978 with 14 lawyers, Lash has served as managing partner. He also serves as chairman of the Executive Committee. He has overseen the growth of the firm in recent years. Ford & Harrison is now one of the largest labor and employment law firms in the United States.
